Our experienced staff work with a variety
of physical health and wellness issues.
Physical Therapists are rehabilitation and
exercise experts. At PRC, our therapists have extensive training at the post graduate level and are licensed by
the State of Colorado.
We specialize in reducing pain, restoring mobility and function, getting you moving forward! When
you are effected by an injury or physical limitation, Physical Therapists can safely and effectively return you to activity

We are providers
for most insurance companies, including United Healthcare, Rocky Mountain HMO, Cigna, workers compensation insurance, and
Medicare Part B. We offer direct insurance billing, and work closely with you to assist you with understanding your
insurance coverage and Physical Therapy benefits.
We also treat clients
injured on the job. We are providers for most Worker's Compensation Insurance companies. You have the right to
chose where you will complete your rehabilitation and can elect to have your rehabilitation at our clinic.
Physical Therapy has been shown to be an effective, and affordable treatment for many orthopedic conditions
for most areas of the body (rehabilitation from injuries, trauma, post surgical, chronic pain, sports performance, general
wellness, etc).
You can chose to see a Physical Therapist or work with your physician to be referred for treatment.
Often overlooked areas that Physical Therapy is an effective treatment for, include neck and back pain, arthritis
management, and osteoporosis.

of what we do. We teach you about your problem or concern, giving you the tools and understanding to take control over
your physical health.

Therapy
Patricia Fellman,
DPT has a special interest in pediatrics, and can work with children with a variety of rehabilitation needs. Patricia
is currently working with Mountain Valley Developmental services with their Pediatric Population, and is seeing clients in
our Carbondale office as well. Please feel free to contact Patricia with any questions you may have.

Daniel Ritschard, PT , and our massage therapist Jennifer Johnson are fluent in Spanish and
can assist our Spanish speaking clients with translation.
Massage Therapy
Carefully selected therapists provide myofascial release, hot stone
massage, sports massage and restorative massage. These treatments can also be used as an additional method to enhance
your recovery with your Physical Therapy program.
